We have a 14 day refund policy. Upon receiving your goods, if you are not satisfied, we can offer a full refund if the goods are sent back within the 14 day period.
Items must be sent back in its original form, unworn and in its original packaging. Otherwise we cannot refund goods that have been worn and are not in its original form. Refunds exclude postage charges.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is in the customers interest to retain proof as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our premises.
Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.
