How To Order
1.To make a purchase, select the item you like, then select the "Add to cart" button, the item will then be added to your shopping cart.
2.If you want to add more items, continue to browse and add to the basket buy selecting "Add to cart".
3.When you have finished shopping and would like to pay for your items, select "view cart" then when your happy with your order select "Checkout".
3. You will then be forwarded to our secure browser, Where you will be asked to enter your name, address and card details to finalise your purchase and shipping details.
4. Then just wait for you items to arrive!
You will receive an order confirmation email from both diamondpetal.co.uk and our secure payment provider, Paypal. Diamond Petal Ltd accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider Paypal .
Delivery
Items that our in stock will clearly state this, so all orders will be processed within 48 hours, were purchases are made on Saturday and Sunday, these orders will be processed on Monday. You will receive your order within 5 working days.
If there is ever an error on our system were more items are ordered then what is in stock, an email will be sent to you and a new delivery date or a cancellation of the order will be revised.
For International customers: Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time your order is processed. Orders may be subject to local taxes & import charges in certain countries which will be charged to you and you are solely responsible for the payment of these charges.
Diamond Petal Ltd cannot predict what these charges may be and recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Please note: we are only able to deliver to the credit card holders billing address and cannot accept any orders to an alternative delivery address outside of the UK .

Returns Policy
We have a 14 day refund policy. Upon receiving your goods, if you are not satisfied, we can offer a full refund if the goods are sent back within the 14 day period. Items must be sent back in its original form, unworn and in its original packaging. Otherwise we cannot refund goods that have been worn and are not in its original form. Refunds exclude postage charges.
Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is in the customers interest to retain proof as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our premises.
Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations, we have a strict no returns policy on all pierced earrings including sets which include pierced earrings.

Faulty Goods
We make sure that all our products our of the best quality for our customers.

Faulty goods should be returned within 10 working days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, an explanation of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund. Were a replacement cannot be given, a full refund will be given including postage cost.

Damaged Goods
